Shipping policy

Currently, we deliver within Nairobi and Mombasa.

Restricted & Prohibited Items

• For safety and regulatory compliance, we do not ship dangerous or prohibited goods as defined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

• This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, fireworks, ammunition, flammable liquids, compressed gases, corrosive chemicals, toxic, infectious or radioactive materials, loose lithium batteries and power banks, gas cylinders, paints, solvents, matches, and lighters.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or return any order containing restricted or prohibited items.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and Kenyan public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays and public holidays.
